The role focuses on leading the TTS NBFI sector sales origination, pipeline development, client revenue growth and retention for parent companies and subsidiaries in Latam. The NBFI sector is comprised of the Insurance, Broker Dealer and Asset Manager subsectors. Success is measured in part by the strong collaboration and partnership with the BCMA FI Group, along with the local TTS Sales teams, TTS Product Partners and TTS NBFI global sector heads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the TTS NBFI Sales revenue growth for clients and subsidiaries located in the Latin America.
  • Set the TTS NBFI Sales goals for the business.
  • Develop strong partnerships with BCMA FI teams across the Region; Communicate closely with Global and Regional Industry Heads, In-Country Sales Heads and TTS Heads
  • Be the senior TTS NBFI Latam point person and lead all region-based sector assigned clients. Be the escalation point for all relevant issues from this client portfolio.
  • Provide direct senior coverage to a selected group of key clients.
  • Implement the TTS Sales model in a manner that fosters strong customer centric relationships, optimal Client Experience and meet robust origination, pipeline and revenue growth targets
  • Support inbound / outbound opportunities for the NBFI sector with key Latin America parented customers expanding regionally.
  • Drive TTS Sales processes and sales disciplines, including customer needs analysis, budgeting, wallet sizing, account planning, and ICG relationship reviews
  • Protect the Franchise and NBFI business from AML/Compliance Risks.
  • Work in collaboration with partners in Client Operations, Client Experience Management Group, Implementation, Technology, Product and Market Management to contribute towards positive Voice of the Client results
  • Drive Sector Results based on Key measures: Revenue, Pipeline & Wins and as well as ensure adequate calling intensity

EXPECTED OUTCOMES

  • Growth in TTS Global revenue from existing and prospective NBFI clients in the region
  • Grow the NBFI client base and TTS product revenues
  • Drive and design all TTS marketing initiatives with the sector
  • Maintain a high client retention ratio and high satisfaction index. Grow the pipeline by identifying new TTS product opportunities
  • Drive a strong sales discipline to grow sales origination and share of wallet
  • Maintain a pristine control environment, managing Compliance and AML risks to protect the Franchise.

KEY CHALLENGES

  • Protect the business and the Latin America NBFI Franchise from unexpected events.
  • Preserve and grow the NBFI Business in the selected portfolio.
  • Manage the business on a matrix environment.
  • Drive the overall NBFI Latin America strategy across TTS product families and track results through drivers, revenue and market share targets.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 12+ years’ experience, preferably in Transaction Services origination and business management and/or Global Banking relationship management
  • Preferred relevant experience managing the NBFI sector.
  • Strong and demonstrated TTS product knowledge and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence others performance. Proven track record.
  • MBA or equivalent Graduate Degree desirable  
  • Strong and demonstrated leadership skills managing a diverse team on a matrix basis, with the ability to motivate and influence their performance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in delivering results and meeting financial objectives.
  • Recognized for his or her execution skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to deal internally and with clients; ability to manage in a matrix environment
  • Deep Knowledge of TTS organization and products, financial services, or other relevant experience
  • Multilingual capabilities including fluent in Spanish and English. Portuguese ideal).
  • Availability to travel up to 1/3 of the time.
