Reporting to the Head of RRP Governance and Reporting, the Reporting AVP is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. They are responsible for supporting the Head of RRP Governance and Reporting in gathering, analyzing, and compiling key RRP KPIs to be reported to senior stakeholders on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and compile key RRP KPIs including but not limited to: the number and severity of audit, risk and self-identified issues; testing efforts (testing completed, enhancement opportunities); financial metrics (RLEN/RCEN, RLAP/RCAP)
  • Performs duties as assigned

Knowledge, Experience, and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related fields
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field
  • Excellent communication skills are imperative (i.e., ability to make complex subjects easily digestible for senior management)
  • Exercised proven PowerPoint and Excel skills; experience with financial modeling, data analytics, or financial forecasting tools is a plus
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management
  • Strong work-ethic, innovative and adaptable with positive attitude and willingness / ability to pick up work quickly when and where needed

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$109,120.00 - $163,680.00
