The VP, Senior MIS Analyst - Community Development (Community Reinvestment Act (CRA)) is a seasoned professional and will integrate subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Contributes to standards around which others will operate. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the entire function. Requires basic commercial awareness. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness and delivery of end results of an area. May have responsibility for planning, budgeting and policy formulation within area of expertise. Involved in short-term planning resource planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the CRA Regulatory Reporting Team Manager to coordinate and manage the numerous tasks and projects, including maintenance of Microsoft Access Applications used to generate various analytical reports, maintenance of CRA WIZ file management, MIS reporting databases, MS SQL upgrades and installation of updated census information.
  • Generate Monthly and Exam Scorecard; Marketplace Overviews; Market Analysis; HMDA and Small Business Peer Analysis; MIS File Generation; Pipeline Report; Branch Analysis; Running Tool Box Exporter Tool.
  • Assist in the installation and maintenance of regulatory software such as CRA WIZ and other software tools.
  • Work in close partnership with the Analysis Team and the CRA Verification Team to leverage knowledge and experience across the CRA Group.
  • In partnership with the Group’s Business Information Security Officer (BISO) to remediate open Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and issues related to third party regulatory application, CRA Wiz
  • Manage End User Computing registration requirements
  • Coordinate Continuity of Business (CoB) plans and testing
  • Assisting in the production of the monthly Citibank, N.A. CRA performance Scorecard
  • Provide support the Group’s third-party relationships, including contract renewals
  • Develop MIS Metrics and CRA Wiz Systemic reports.
  • Act as CRA Wiz User Administrator; Facilitate and execute CRA Wiz Maintenance/Functionality installations as well as SQL Server updates/patches using the Change Management Ticketing system. 
  • Collaborate and correspond with product vendor(s) to troubleshoot and identify solutions
  • Propose and act on opportunities to streamline processes by developing tools or identifying alternative resources/solutions to complete the task.
  • Provide advisory support for policies; procedures; quality control testing; and training necessary to promote compliance.
  • Aid in regulatory filings; examinations

Qualifications

  • Advanced skills in Excel and MS Access required
  • Proficiency and hands on experience using SQL and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) required
  • Experience using CRA WIZ, or Fair Lending WIZ is a plus
  • 4- 6+ years senior level CRA and HMDA regulatory compliance is a plus
  • Experience in managing large volumes of data from multiple sources and organizing the data into its final product quickly and with extreme accuracy is crucial
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Priority setting skills
  • Excellent communications (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong formal presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently
  • Ability to take initiative and ownership of an assignment and produce accurate results under tight time constraints
  • Ability to engage and collaborative across teams within the CRA Group and with business partners-Ability to maintain professional and effective working relationships within the CRA Group and with external partners


Education:

  • Bachelors degree, potentially Masters degree
